Linda De La Cruz is a native of Miami, Fl. and is fluent in Spanish. In 2004, she graduated from Florida A&M University with a Bachelor's in Public Relations. A year later, she obtained her Real Estate license and began her Real Estate career. Since, Linda has earned three national Real Estate designations - Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). She is also a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
Some of her hobbies include traveling, learning about different cultures, shopping, snorkeling, event planning and interior designing. In her design portfolio, she includes the home of professional football player Chris Hope, of the Tennessee Titans; along with, other close family and friends.
Linda's parents are from the beautiful island of the Dominican Republic. She tries to visit the Dominican Republic at least once a year. Linda also enjoys watching football. "My favorite time of the year is football season!" Her vibrant personality is what her family and friends love most about her.
Seyon Dunbar
"Palm Trees, Sunny Beaches, where America meets the Caribbean," these are the ingredients that make up Seyon Yuoo Dunbar's home land; Miami, Florida. Born to an Ethiopian mother and a Liberian father, she is a product of cultural integration.
In 2004, she graduated from Florida International University, where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. She started her career in Real Estate with Title for Homes in 2000. With an extensive background in brokering loans, Seyon started to invest in some Real Estate of her own. This sparked her interest in becoming a Realtor.
One of her favorite books is, "Living Your Best Life Now!" by Joel Osteen. As a proud member of Hands on Miami, Seyon enjoys sharing her time and reading to the kids in her local community. Seyon's hobbies include, fine dining, reading, hiking, traveling and site-seeing. She is most relaxed when spending time with family and friends.
